| In Town : No public buses in the beach area, but there are minibuses (song-thaeo) plying the major routes. They can stop as requested. The normal fare is approx. 5.- Baht. To a farther place out of the beach area, the fare is approx. 30.- Baht up or as agreed upon. |
| To Islands : Fishing boats can be rented along the water front. The fares vary from 500 - 1,000.- Baht for a trip to nearby islands and from 1,500.- to 2,000.- Baht or over for a farther distance. |
