The Restaurant offers authentic Thai cuisine, with locally sourced seafood as its main ingredient. The Cafe serves fresh coffee, savory and sweet Western foods and beverages. We are creating a Space that, once existed, would be our most favorite place! |

| We are those who love having good foods and sipping good beverages in a place where we can be a real us - wearing anything we find comfortable and still receiving the same uncompromising services. We are, hence, creating one. |

| Why Airplane |
| Many Thais and foreigners visit HuaHin because of its indigenous, historic, and relaxing feelings. They need HuaHin to be HuaHin, not elsewhere. Hence, Air Space is well tied to one of the HuaHin's heritage - the history of Prince Purachatra Jayakara, the King Rama V's 35th son, who was interested in air transportation. The Prince was the first Thai who had an opportunity to fly on an airplane. He was also the founder of air transportation system in Thailand. |
| In HuaHin, the Prince was the first person who built the first hotel in Hua Hin and the famous Chatchai Market. The airplane that the Prince filed was very similar to the one that the Wright Brothers developed. Air Space then builds a very similar model as its masterpiece. |

| Air Space HuaHin แอร์สเปซ หัวหิน จึงเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่ได้รับแรงบรรดาลใจจากมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของเมืองหัวหิน ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องราวของพระเจ้าบรมวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าบุรฉัตรไชยากร กรมพระกำแพงเพ็ชรอัครโยธิน เป็นพระราชโอรสพระองค์ที่ 35 ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ทรงสนพระทัยในกิจการการบิน โดยได้รับการยกย่องว่าทรงเป็นคนไทยคนแรกที่มีโอกาสขึ้นเครื่องบิน รวมทั้งทรงเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งกิจการการบินขึ้นในประเทศไทย นอกจากนั้นยังทรงสร้างโรงแรมแห่งแรกในหัวหินและสร้างตลาดฉัตรไชย ขึ้นอีกด้วย นับเป็นผู้นำความเจริญสู่เมืองหัวหินอย่างแท้จริง |
