| More than 40 years ago, our father purchased the 10 rai (4 Acres) of oceanfront land on Dongtan Beach, south of Pattaya, Thailand. This is the lovely home of charming Rabbit Resort Pattaya. We choose to build a wonderful Thai Village with only 49 rooms/villas instead of a concrete High Rise. We are all about nature: reclaimed wood, large trees, tropical flowers, and colorful birds. It is the last of it's kind in Pattaya. |

| Fantastic gardens within a forest, flowers, trees and everything natural. Beautiful birds singing all day long, all year long. Very low density atmosphere even if we are full it doesn't seem like it because we are on 4 acres of land (10 rai) |

| Service = Kindness. We are a family owned and operated resort that stresses personal attention. We provide assistance and service for traveling guests. The owners live at the resort and they take a daily active role in running the hotel. Most of our staff have been with us 5-10 years, many of them live on site to provide the best possible service. |

| Wifi is slow and provided as complimentary free of charge. We have spent a considerable amount of resources to set up the wifi system. make sure to tell us when you have problems. |

| The City of Pattaya has recently reorganized the beach area. There is no longer any beach lounge chairs in front of Rabbit Resort. Therefore, Rabbit is no longer allowed to provide free beach chairs. This view is gorgeous and unobstructed. |

| All rooms and houses are individually designed, no two are alike. We did extensive consumer research before building and the outcome indicated that guests wanted to experience a Thai lifestyle when they are in Thailand. There are two separate pools – one quiet one for adults and one fun one for families. Everyone loves this arrangement. |

| Rabbit Resort is all about individual, personalized service. Our goal is to make you happy while you are staying with us. Our restaurant is no exception. Rabbit Resort Pattaya’s Grill House Restaurant is one of a kind. It sits right on the sand overlooking Dongtan Beach. During the day sunny skies, shady umbrellas, cool ocean breezes, and swaying palms is the environment for lunch at the Grill House. In the early evening the sunsets are spectacular. Sip on a soothing cocktail and melt your cares away. A great way to start a wonderful romantic dinner. |

| The Grill House is the perfect place for a quiet and delightful dinner on the beach. It is a lovely open air restaurant at night with flickering lights and palms swaying under the stars. The soothing waves can always be heard. |
| Due to the relatively small size of Rabbit Resort Pattaya, our restaurant is open from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm during the high season. During the low season our hours are 7.00 am to 10.00 pm. We will be happy to adjust the hours for special requests. |

| Located right on the beach, our Grill House Restaurant offers morning guests a wide variety of Western and Asian breakfast dishes. Our Chef Srichart is very sensitive to travelers needs. He specifically designs our buffet with changing dishes, everyday offering a wide variety of choices. Nothing is worse than having the same boring breakfast food. While you are here if there is anything special you would like to have, please tell us and we will try our best to include it in the buffet. Guests will always find gourmet breakfasts from 7:00am to 10:00am everyday. |

We specialize in weddings on beautiful Dongtan Beach – luxury beach of Pattaya. We also provide lovely Thai style ceremonies, either on the beach or in our 100 year old traditional Thai House overlooking the ocean. Our Thai houses were located in central Thailand, dismantled and then reassembled at Rabbit Resort Pattaya. The all teak wood houses are the lovely backdrop for a storybook wedding in Thailand. |
