| Step over the threshold and leave the world behind in our small, family run resort on the tranquil east coast of Koh Chang metres from a quiet, almost deserted beach, where we bring you a personal, individual experience. |

| To maintain exclusivity, we only have eight spacious air-conditioned bungalows set in a tropical garden on the Sai Daeng (Amber Sands) Beach with views over the bay towards the mainland and the Cambodian mountains in the distance. |

| The fresh water swimming pool provides you with an alternative to the sea. Our well rated, open-sided restaurant is steps from the beach and offers traditional Thai dishes, a range of Western foods and some children’s options to cater for most tastes. |

| Whether you are looking to laze by the pool, soak up the sun, read a book and recharge the soul or choose some action packed activities, there are many options to enable you to set your own pace of holiday. |

| To maintain exclusivity we only have eight bungalows. Our spacious, air-conditioned detached bungalows are situated in a tropical garden surrounding the swimming pool in a semi-circle facing the sea. They all have a sea view and the following features: |

These airy detached bungalows are approximately 20m² in size with a small en suite shower room, floor to ceiling windows facing towards the swimming pool and sea with an outside deck and all the general room features. |

Beach House Rooms (two – one upstairs and one downstairs) |

The double storey building that we call “the Beach House” is about 5 metres from the beach. It consists of two separate units, one upstairs and one downstairs, with separate entrances. |

The upstairs room provides uninterrupted views overlooking the beach and bay towards the main land in the distance. It is approximately 25m² in size with a larger en suite shower room, floor to ceiling windows facing towards the sea, an outside wrap around balcony and all the above general features. |

The downstairs room is almost on the beach with an uninterrupted view over the bay. A bit like bringing the beach into your bedroom. It is approximately 30m² in size with a larger en suite shower room, floor to ceiling windows facing towards the sea, an alcove with L piece couch and coffee table, an outside terrace and all the general features. |

Family bungalow (one) |

The family bungalow consists of a superior bungalow with a separate inter-leading room having two twin beds and a cot. The two rooms share the small en suite shower room which is accessed via the main bedroom. There is only one entrance to the family bungalow which is in the main room, so this accommodation is best suited to families with younger children. |

The main bedroom is the same as the superior bungalows being approximately 20m² in size while the separate twin bedroom is about 18m² in size. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows facing towards the swimming pool and beach with an outside deck and all the general features. |

| Our on-site restaurant caters to both residents and outside guests for all meals, snacks and drinks; offering good quality items like real cheddar cheese, fresh filter coffee, proper tea, real mustard or mayonnaise, etc. |

| Step from our open-sided restaurant onto the beach and straight into the sea. The setting offers views over the calm bay with a sweeping palm-fringed beach, traditional Thai stilt houses and fish traps, continuing to the Thai mainland and the distant blue mountains of Cambodia. |

| Our Thai chefs will entice your taste buds with a selection of well-known Thai dishes and local cuisine, prepared using only the freshest seasonal produce. Our menu includes a variety of Western dishes to accommodate those yearning for a break from the spicy food, including salads, home-made pastas, burgers and some simple meals for children. |
