| Koh Chang is one of Thailand's most beautiful islands with long white sandy beaches. The island is also home to a wide range of wildlife, including a good selection of birds, snakes, deer and a number of elephants. The island and its vicinity are great places for snorkeling, diving and jungle hiking. The "discovery" of the island as a tourist destination since 2000 has brought on a large amount of rapid development, and while still far quieter than places like Phuket or Ko Samui, it is far from quiet in high season. Regarding services and activities specifically aimed at tourists prices have reached such a level that the islanders are pricing themselves out of the market when compared to the other islands. |

Our dorm rooms have four bunk beds and can sleep up to eight people. Each bunk has a personal curtain for your privacy along with individual power outlets, locker and reading light. Linen, duvet blanket and towels are provided. We have super clean shared bathrooms and toilets with separate male and female amenities. Every room is air-conditioned and gender specific rooms are available. WIFI and breakfast are complimentary. |

| By Bus : Alternatively, you can take the bus from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Koh Chang. For more information, feel free to go to this link www.bussuvarnabhumikohchang.com You will then take the ferry to Koh Chang. There are two ferry companies that travel to the island, one from Laem Ngop and the other from Ao Thammachat, depending on whether you use the public bus company (Bor Kor Sor) or the private bus company (www.bussuvarnabhumikohchang.com). The ferry price is included in the private bus company ticket cost. When you arrive the island, take the local taxi (called a Songtiew) and tell them “Pajamas Klong Prao”. They will take you to our hostel and the price is 60 THB. This is the Thai language for our hostel in case the taxi guys don’t understand what you say. “โรงแรม ปาจามัส คลองพร้าว” |

| By Minibus : You can take minibus from the Victory Monument or Khao San Road. They will take you directly from BKK to the ferry. The price is around 300-350 THB, then you can take the ferry to Koh Chang. There are two ferry companies, either will get you to the island. When you arrive the island, just take local taxi (called a Songtiew) and tell them “Pajamas Klong Prao”. They will bring you to our hostel and the price is 60 THB. | By Plane : Bangkok Airway is the only airline who operate the route BKK to Trat. For more information, feel free to go to this link www.bangkokair.com The cost is usually 2550 THB plus 200THB tax. A limousine service runs from Trat Airport to Koh Chang and is 500 THB - simply tell them that you are staying at "Pajams Koh Chang" and they will drop you to our front door! |
