My husband, Kamthorn and I, Piranuch are health practitioners (I, myself am a Doctor of Dental Surgery). In our normal life we live a healthy life. We routinely exercise. We cook healthy food for our family. We are really mindful about what we eat so that we do not consume red meat but only white meat mainly fish in our daily diet. We take extra care to the selection of food we choose to have every day and study cautiously what kind of food is nutritious for us. We choose unpolished brown rice instead white one, take as much fruits and vegetables as possible. Therefore our acquired knowledge of natural holistic health from our own interest, studying, training, and in-cooperate the practice in our daily life. |

| We had the opportunity to visit The Spa Samui Resort and tried their fasting for cleansing program (Detox Thailand) which was really effective for our health improvement. | Moreover, We, Kamthorn and Piranuch, love to travel all around the world. We trekked on the Himalayas to Anapurana Base camp for 15 days twenty years ago and the second time in Nepal we took our two little children with us in a backpacking style again. We had a good memorable experiences of escaping from the rhinos in Chit wan national park, cruising in the Pheewa Lake, a good time in Guttmandhu, watched the rising sun above the Everest peak at Nagagod. That was a very nice and memorable impression until now. |

| We also drove to Shangri-La for 15,000 km for 20 days and drove around ASEAN countries as Luang Prabang in northern Laos, Li Pee Waterfall in southern Laos, Halong Bay in Vietnam, Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Malaysia, and Singapore. We have also been traveling all over Thailand especially in the last five years; we climbed to Phu Kradung every year. It would be a pleasure if there are those out there to share the same interest as us so that we can share our experiences and make your stay more precious to us as we are curtain that we, as a host, can be your good hosts as well as friends in Thailand. |
