| Kirimontra has two resident chefs : Traditional Thai Chef Khun Amunuay Moangorn(Khun Oy) and Khun Phongpinij Chanhorm(Khun Chet) our Western trained chef with a special passion for Italian food. |
| Both chefs purchase their produce in town from the nearby markets – fish fresh from the sea, and fruit and vegetables directly from local farmers. Many of the herbs and a selection of vegetables are grown on the Resort grounds. |
