| Opened in December 2014, The Private Pool Villas at Civilai Hill are a collection of intimate pool villas situated on a hilltop with panoramic views overlooking the picturesque mountains and landscape of Khao Yai. The property takes its inspiration from the French countryside village of Provence, which shares many similarities to the natural environment found in Khao Yai, and is accented by a large variety of flowers and trees whose vibrant colors provide a lively backdrop against the lush green surroundings. |
| Solar powered outdoor lighting and windmill-generated electricity provide eco-friendly energy systems, while turbines which heat the private swimming pools also provide cool air to the villas themselves. |

| Guests of each villa will be assigned a personal Butler, ready to assist with a wide range of services such as arranging local tours and activities, transportation, as well as customized services including private picnics and barbecues which can be set up either poolside or in your backyard with a personal chef. |
| Your Butler can also arrange to pre-heat your sauna for a specific time of the day, provide you with a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables for a refreshing morning juice, and even arrange for cooking classes taught by the Executive Chef. |

| A total of 5 One-Bedroom pool villas are available at the resort, with an additional 6 Two-Bedroom villas being introduced in March 2017. All Villas are designed using natural tones and unique touches reminiscent of the French countryside which serves as the inspiration for the resort. All villas are identical to each other with the exception of the outdoor garden space featured in the higher category units. |

| The One-Bedroom pool villa comes with its own outdoor terrace (14 sqm) with a Japanese bath, sauna, and a private heated swimming pool (32 sqm). Pools also feature a waterfall and bench with Jacuzzi jets to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Bathrooms are large with 31 sqm and come with his and her sinks, a rain shower, as well as oversized bathtub. |
| All One-Bedroom villas are spacious and designed using open plan layouts with over 200 square meters of living space, while tall ceilings (over 6 meters high) and floor to ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the scenic mountains of Khao Yai. |

| The newly built Two-Bedroom pool villas are spacious with over 432 square meters of living and outdoor areas. Each villa comes with the signature private heated swimming pool (9x4 meters). Both two bedrooms offer a king size bed and private bathrooms while the master bedroom comes with outdoor rain shower and the whirlpools tub lounging on the outdoor terrace of the room with the garden views. |
